1. Deposit & Design Process
We will reach out to you
After Filling in the form, ICECARTEL jewelry specialist will reach out to you to discuss design ideas and the budget for your custom piece.
Small Deposit for CAD
We will ask for a $250+ deposit for the CAD design which will be done exactly like you had discussed with the jewelry specialist.
Make as many revisions as needed
CAD Design takes around 24-72 hours to complete. Once It's done, we will send it to you for revisions in sizing and the design.
2. Second Payment & Production
Payment
To start the production, we will need a 50% payment to start the production.
Production
Once we have received the payment, we will start with the production process. Expect the production to take 3-4 weeks.
We'll keep you updated
During the production process we will keep you posted with updates.
3. Final Payment & Order Completion
Final Payment
Once the custom jewelry is ready, we will ask for the remaining payment.
Order Completion
Once we have received the remaining payment, our team will make final images and videos of your order.
Shipping
We will send your order to your destination with DHL Express or UPS within 2-5 business days.
