Nino Breeze dropped OMERTA on April 3rd, 2026, and he needed jewelry that carried the same weight as the project. The album is built around loyalty, silence, and pressure, and those themes needed to live somewhere physical. He brought that vision to IceCartel and we built it from scratch.

The centerpiece is a 4 inch pendant in yellow gold, with OMERTA spelled out in old English lettering across the full face. The pendant’s surface is encrusted with VVS diamonds in a honeycomb setting, including the sides of the piece. It catches light from any angle you look at it. The stones are all brilliant cut, which is what gives the pendant that full coverage look where there's no dead space anywhere on the surface.
It comes in at 15mm thick, which you feel the second you pick it up. That weight is intentional, built to hang properly on the neck and hold its shape.

To finish the set, we built a fully custom 25mm Cuban link chain with a custom NINO clasp finished in white gold lettering. The clasp is its own piece of work separate from the pendant, built to the same standard and fitted to match the weight of the chain.
The design went through multiple revisions before anything was cast. Nino was involved at every stage of the process because a piece built around a specific album and a specific date doesn't leave room for approximation. Once the CAD was locked in, every diamond was placed by hand under a microscope and the finished piece was polished to a mirror finish before it left the shop.
When it was done, we hand delivered it to Nino directly.
