STEP 4:BRINGING IT TO LIFEWe forge your piece into reality. We cast it, set the diamonds, and polish. As your piece comes to life, we send you photo and video updates along the way.
STEP 5:QUALITY CHECK & DIAMOND TESTBefore delivery, every detail is inspected. Then we send you a video of the piece showing it from all angles and also showing it pass the diamond tester. You know exactly what's coming.
STEP 6:READY IN 3/4 WEEKSAfter you give us the green light. We deliver your one-of-one piece using first-class couriers. Your order is handled with ultimate care and delivered to you personally inside our premium leather jewelry case. Adult signature is required to ensure 100% delivery rate.

Every iced-out custom chain is handmade by jewelers with 25+ years of experience. Each stone is set by hand for a clean, even shine. Every order, pendant, necklace, or full chain, comes with a GRA or equivalent certificate, so you know it's real.

We don't mass-produce. From Cuban to tennis to prong chains, each one is finished with polished edges and a smooth clasp. Want it more personal? Add custom fonts, logos, symbols, or iced-out initials.
