The 5mm necklace is awesome it shimmers and shines really well in the sunlight. The EGA pendant that was made is a special work of art, its superb detail captures the finer elements of the US Marine Corps emblem and its "blinged out" which makes it stand out even more. I definitely recommend getting you next pendant pieces for ice cartel!
This necklace is very pretty. The 5mm size is perfect, and the 18-inch length looks great. I do wish I had received 50% off the first purchase as well, considering the long back-and-forth over minor detail issues, but they did make it somewhat right, and overall I’m happy with the final result. I’m done purchasing from Ice Cartel. Pricey, but the ice is definitely icing.
It’s a bit hit or miss. The jewelry itself is very nice with beautiful sparkle. If it’s your first time purchasing and you’re not familiar with stone sizes, you might be a little disappointed. A 6mm stone is beautiful but quite large. I changed mine to a 4mm, and they were kind enough to accommodate that since my first order had a defect. However, the 4mm stone also appeared to be slightly undersized. In hindsight, I should have gone with a 5mm. If you want a nice shine with a noticeable but balanced size, I’d recommend 5mm.
I reached out to Support about the size of my tennis necklace it’s about 1.5 - 2in of the shown length they never got back to me after the initial email but outside of that the quality is amazing
