Chain looks nice and gets a lot of compliments. Only have had it about 3 weeks and just noticed a small defect (shown in picture). Other than that, Chain is very lovely and really turns heads!!!!

ice cartel has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had at any company I’ve ever purchased from. Their customer service “helped” me to buy the wrong chain (I was extremely clear about what I wanted and did not want), then when it arrived, they refused to exchange the chain because they shipped it from their international fulfillment center and not US stateside center (a fact that was never disclosed during the purchasing process and is some extremely obscure clause within their exchange policy; DO NOT buy from this company.

While I’m pleased with the appearance of the chain I received, I was disappointed by the lengthy delivery time it took to receive my correct order. I placed the order on or at approximately June 1st of 2025. I didn't receive the order until June 24th. Additionally, I was not informed in advance that I would need to pay an unexpected $50 fee to receive the package from UPS—only to discover that icecartel sent me the incorrect order. Fortunately, on July 9th, I did receive the correct item, and I am now satisfied with the product. That said, the process was frustrating and inconvenient.
