Does IceCartel jewelry tarnish, fade, change color or get cloudy?
IceCartel pieces are PVD plated with a thick 3X layer of 14K gold, making them highly durable and resistant to tarnishing or fading under normal wear.
As long as you avoid salt water, pools, and harsh chemicals, your jewelry will stay shiny and won’t tarnish or fade.
If it ever does get damaged or starts to lose its shine, you can send it back for a free redip — we’ll restore it like new.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped with UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
For security, all shipments require an adult signature — your package won’t be left at the door.

Is your jewelry sweat- and waterproof?
Yes — IceCartel jewelry is sweatproof and waterproof. You don’t need to avoid the gym or worry about getting it wet occasionally.
That said, we always keep it real: long-term exposure to salt water, chlorine, or harsh chemicals will wear down gold plated jewelry over time — no matter what other jewelers might claim.
Minimal contact is fine, but to keep your piece looking brand new for years, we recommend taking it off when in the gym, swimming or using strong products.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We partner with Affirm and Afterpay, allowing you to pay over time — up to 36 months — with no interest or fees.
Do you offer custom jewelry?
Yes — we offer fully custom diamond and moissanite pieces, handcrafted from scratch to match your exact vision.
Fill out our Custom Jewelry Form and you'll be personally assigned to one of our expert jewelers.
Your personal jeweler will schedule a one-on-one consultation call to understand your idea, budget, and design goals.
From there, they’ll guide you through the full process — from concept sketches to CAD design, stone selection, and final production.
You’ll have direct access to your jeweler throughout the journey — anytime you need an update or want to make changes.

what is the warranty?
We are committed to providing the highest quality of jewelry, which is why we provide ICECARTEL Warranty.
If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect, our warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement of the item.
All made-to-order items are guaranteed under our 30-day Quality Guarantee. This policy entitles you to a free, one-time repair of your piece if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects.
HOW SHOULD I STORE AND CLEAN MY JEWELRY?
Every order comes in a premium IceCartel box, along with a GRA certificate (for moissanite pieces) and a polishing cloth.
To keep your piece shining:
Avoid salt water, pools, and harsh chemicals
Clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth
Store in the IceCartel box when not wearing
