IceCartel pieces are PVD plated with a thick 3X layer of 14K gold, making them highly durable and resistant to tarnishing or fading under normal wear.
As long as you avoid salt water, pools, and harsh chemicals, your jewelry will stay shiny and wonโt tarnish or fade.
If it ever does get damaged or starts to lose its shine, you can send it back for a free redip โ weโll restore it like new.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed within 1โ2 business days and shipped with UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
For security, all shipments require an adult signature โ your package wonโt be left at the door.

Yes โ IceCartel jewelry is sweatproof and waterproof. You donโt need to avoid the gym or worry about getting it wet occasionally.
That said, we always keep it real: long-term exposure to salt water, chlorine, or harsh chemicals will wear down gold plated jewelry over time โ no matter what other jewelers might claim.
Minimal contact is fine, but to keep your piece looking brand new for years, we recommend taking it off when in the gym, swimming or using strong products.
