Step 1 - Consultation

Your personal jeweler will contact you by phone or email for a consultation - we'll go over your project design, pricing, timeline, and answer any questions you might have about your custom jewelry.

Step 2 - $200 Down Payment

Once we've finalized your design concept, a $200 down payment is required to start your custom project.

After the down payment, we will create a detailed 3D rendering showing exactly how your custom piece will look from all angles before production begins.

You can make unlimited revisions and adjustments to the design until you are 101% satisfied.  The down payment will be deducted from the final payment amount.

Step 3 - Manufacturing Start

Once you have confirmed the CAD design, our team will ask you to pay the remaining balance to start the manufacturing process. Manufacturing takes 1-2 weeks. During this time, our team will send you images/videos of your custom project. 

Step 4 - Quality Check

Every piece undergoes thorough quality control by our master jewelers, ensuring flawless stone setting, secure prongs, and perfect polish. Our reputation for legendary designs and superior craftsmanship is built on this attention to detail.

Step 5 - Delivery

Once your custom piece is finished, we will send you video and photos of your custom piece for confirmation.  We will deliver your jewelry to you within 4 business days using Fedex or UPS secured delivery.

The entire manufacturing process takes 2-3 weeks as your order moves through our specialized departments - from casting to stone setting, metalwork, and multiple quality inspections.
