Discover the elegance and personal touch of ICECARTEL's custom pendants, crafted in either solid 14k gold or 925 sterling silver, and plated with 14k gold. Choose between round cut, colorless (D-Color), VVS moissanite, or natural diamonds for your pendant. All diamonds used in our custom letter pendants are guaranteed to pass the diamond tester.
These pendants are made to order, so please allow around 2-3 weeks for manufacturing. Personalize your pendant with any lettering by entering the details in the "Type Your Letters" customization box.
Your ICECARTEL custom letter pendant ships insured directly to your doorstep and requires your signature upon delivery.
Ordering Process:
1. Customization: Place your order by typing in the desired letters in the "Type Your Letters" box and complete the payment.
2. Bail Size Selection: Choose the bail size. The bail should be slightly larger than the chain's thickness. We recommend a 25MM bail for compatibility with most chains.
3. Design Confirmation: Within 24-48 hours, we'll email you a 3D Mockup (CAD) of your pendant. You can make unlimited revisions until satisfied.
4. Manufacturing: After you approve the design, our team starts crafting your custom pendant.
5. Progress Updates: We keep you informed with photos and videos during the manufacturing process.
6. Shipping: Once complete, your pendant is shipped and delivered to you within 4 business days.
